A couple of my friends believe that I have some form of diabetes, but I wanted to know from people who have already been diagnosed, what type of symptoms they had experienced before getting tested. I recently found out that diabetes does run in my family.
I often will get very dizzy and fatigued at times, where my hands will shake and my heart rate will increase. The only thing that really makes me feel better is sitting down and eating something. Sometimes I will become so fatigue and shaky I have to lay down for a few minutes. I’m young, I excercise, and I try to eat well.
I looked online for symptoms, and recently in the last couple of months I’ve noticed more frequent trips to the bathroom, but nothing to excessive.

THe sugar raises your blood sugars up, so you have hyperglycemia which should give your body ENERGY instead of making you tired.
SO why are you tired?
ALso, I read that illness is stressful for a diabetic and if also makes u hyperglycemic. So they should take insulin, but why should they also eat? It said in the book, if you are sick try to eat and take your insulin. That doesnt make sense if they’re hyperglycemic
