Management Of Diabetes Mellitus

Diabetes Feedback: I’VE HAD THAT PROBLEM FOR YEARS AND IN MY CASE IT’S LOW BLOOD PRESSURE
Diabetes Feedback: It is common to get low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) after exercising. If you feel faint, dizzy, or weak, eat a carbohydrate such as graham crackers. Carry a candy bar with you regularly to help in emergencies. Orange juice is also great in getting your blood sugar back up. If you are still concerned, seeking a second opinion won’t hurt!
Diabetes Feedback: You probably are developing hypoglycemia. You need to have something like orange juice to drink while you are active. I have hypoglycemia now but my tests were negative for 5 years before they found it. But fruit juices got me through.
Diabetes Feedback: well if youa re not eating before or after the exercise then your body is running on reserves. just keep a take an orange or two with you. natural sugar fiber real juicy great snack for after a good workout. i have also heard that chocolate milk is great for you after a good exertion lots of sugar and antioxidants from the chocolate plus protein from the milk. but just eat a little before or after to keep that from happening.
Diabetes Feedback: hyper means high and hypo means low and stick them on to glycaemia and you get hyperglycaemia and hypoglycaemia or low blood sugar which is the one that you are referring to;i have often wondered whath the experience of low blood sugar is in non diabetics who of course also get all these symptoms when they overexercise or become stressed although it sounds to me like a panic attack brought about by diabetes paranoia;try reoxygenating using hte rebreathing technique and a paper bag;read up the description of panic attack and hysteria;i had a panic attack once and it was extremely nasty although i knew what to expect
experiment to see what are your limits and then stick to them;we would all like to be batman but it is usually not possible
after rereading other answers it sounds to me that you may be prediabetic and starting to develop sugar swings and in any case start tightening your diet-see my q and a
the first answer about low blood pressure is also very interesting and very deserving of attention although we treat it as a disease entity here in britain i understand that it is not regarded so in the states;eliminate all hte angles one step at a time starting with regular blood pressure monitoring but once you do all you can let it go as it sounds like you are in danger of getting too involved in all this
Diabetes Feedback: Your pancreas work very good maybe a little bit to much, and it’s
what it called HYPOGLYCEMIA. Your pancreas burn the sugars faster than what you eat! So that why it’s very important to eat well in the morning, so your pancreas will have something to bite on, specially doing exercises in the morning without eating well, will do exactly what’s happening in your case, and it’s normal! If you take only orange juice in the morning for breakfast, your pancreas is waiting for more sugars the burn, and there’s nothing else for it. It’s called creating a peek. So your blood sugar get very low, and you get shaky & dizzy.
