Can you answer jaikaipea’s question about Diabetes?:

I understand that olive oil has a relatively low glycemic index but have not been able to find information on olives themselves.
Any info on this ?

Diabetes Feedback: Glycemic index has been superseded by ‘Glycemic Load’ - a much more accurate indication of the body’s reaction to the food.
Olives, in brine, have both a very low glycemic index & glycemic load. 50 grams olives have a glycemic load value of 1.
