To Summarise the question again: What should you eat/not eat in indian diet to get rid of diabetes if it is type 2 (preliminary)?

Diabetes Feedback: There is none. If you have diabetes, you should be under the care of a doctor that specializes in the disease. You can ward off complications if you keep yourself under tight control.

Diabetes Feedback: You are ALL confused.

if you do not mean Type 2 Diabetes, then you must mean Type1, and this disease REQUIRES immediate and accurate medical care, or the patient will die. Insulin is REQUIRED for Type 1 Diabetes. There is NO OTHER treatment for Type 1 Diabetes. Without insulin injections the patient will die.

The BEST way to lower blood sugar level, regardless of what type of diabetes the patient has, is insulin. This is REQUIRED for Type 1 Diabetes. But the Type 2 Diabetic can often control the disease by eating a diet that has NO sugar, and is low in starch (no breads, rice, corn, or potatoes). This is, unfortunately, rather difficult in the typical Indian diet.

DO NOT PLAY AROUND WITH HOME REMEDIES. Diabetes can be fatal. Take the patient to a doctor as soon as possible.
