My mom has had diabetes for 21 years and she had always used insulin shots. She and I had a doctor’s appointment on the same day and since we have the same doctor, we had the same appointment. Well, the doctor asked her if she has ever considered an insulin pump because her sugars have been all over the board recently. It’s becoming unmanageable at times. Well, how would an insulin pump fix that?

I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow and due to my weight of 315 pounds and the fact that I would be considered morbidly obese with a BMI greater than 40, I will most likely be tested for type 2 diabetes. I wouldn’t be suprised if I do have it though.
